Frequently Asked Questions

Groomers are crafty beings. We have learned to convert vehicles into fully functioning grooming salons. These units are equipped with electricity, running water, bath tubs, dryers, grooming tables, shampoos, conditioners, and basically EVERYTHING we may need to cater to your pet. It is a literal grooming salon on wheels that comes to you!

Absolutely. I take pet safety extremely seriously and wouldn't offer services without it.

There are many reasons for that. Mobile grooming is a luxury service. We make it so that you don't have to leave your home, wait several hours for your pet to be serviced, and then have to go pick them up. Mobile grooming ensures your pet is the only one being serviced. The risk of injury from another pet is gone, the anxiety from other pets in a salon is eliminated, and your pet has our 100% undivided attention. We take less dogs than a regular salon because we only have one groomer. In a salon, you can have anywhere between 4-16 stylist that take minimum 5 dogs a day. That can equate to 20-80 barking, yelping, timid, nervous and overly excited pups in a salon at one time which can alter your pets spaw day. Also, taking less dogs allows for me to be able to attend seminars, classes, shows, and continue my education to ensure I am the best I could be for you all

We only cater to one pet at a time. It allows us to be able to focus on your pets needs without the distraction of another fur baby. It also allows for some needed bonding time that often is altered by other pets and their temperaments.

Although I aim for 1-1 services, I absolutely will groom bonded pairs at once

Keeping your furry friend on a regular schedule can help with the grooming experience. Repetition creates familiarity with the spaw process and can help aid in a better experience long term. It seems daunting but you are more than likely already on a schedule and don't even realize it. Being a pet parent is a responsibility as well and being able to begin a routine is essential for their over all health.  We recommend keeping your pets on either a 4 week, 6 week, or 8 week schedule. Once you go mobile, we are sure you will enjoy the experience and want to make sure you are able to stay on our rotation. Too many clients means we have less openings and it becomes more difficult to service your furbaby. Save your spot Ruff Riders!

Typically, under two hours. We don't over book ourselves nor do we take phone calls, texts, or help other clients while we service our appointment. It's safer that way!

It's about as loud as a lawn mower. We operate off of a generator which powers the entire unit. We only operate within city noise ordinances.
